I did not know you were a LARPer! I will have to reconsider our friendship based on this knowledge!

On the other hand, have you seen this excellent series of articles on RPG by Tom Ewing, who is I think friends with a number of your friends (DV in the comments here = Ian)?

I read Ewing's articles before, though there seem to be more of them now.
