AIDS in Africa

Alex Tabarrok posts a shocking graph of falling life expectancies in Africa at Marginal Revolution. The drop in life expectancy is stark and disturbing, with only Uganda showing any sort of upturn in recent years, apparently from increased condom use.

Programmes emphasizing abstinence and monogamy aren't working. Use a condom.
