mylescorcoran at 09:19am on 16/05/2009We played Ticket to Ride: Europe on Wednesday night, with the usual suspects of alaimacerc and irishkate along for the fun.
I thought I was blessed with my initial tickets, with no destination further west than Berlin, and a lot of stuff in and around Budapest, Bucharest and Sofia. I should have known it looked too easy. My long ticket of Moscow-Palermo proved tough to get and in the end I had to bite the bullet and use a station to get into it. My late game draw of additional stations was a complete bust, with the one ticket I kept the only ticket I failed to make, costing me the game. Ah well.
Final scores:sammywol 114, me 107, alaimacerc 105 and irishkate 93.
