My daughter Rowan was just tidying away some books. I saw her putting them on the shelves and said "Are you a librarian, Rowan?"

"Shh!" she replied, finger to her lips, "people are reading books."

Her grandmother, the librarian, would be proud.

I saw it happen and managed not to howl with laughter. I was pretty proud of that. Now if we could only get her to shelve books in a less forceful and haphazard manenr she owuld have a profession lined up in case the clown school goes pear shaped.
