Well, more that it's age since I made them last and want to get the recipe right before giving a bunch to be sold at the school fair. I was right too. This batch came out a bit crap - too warm going in and ran together into a big super-cookie on the baking tray.

Well you know what they say, 'If at first you don't succeed fry fry a hen''. At least you get to eat your whoopsie!! My trouble cake usually ends up undercooked on the inside and burnt on the outside, the packet has the incorrect temperature and I'm still trying to figure out what the right one for my oven in

You'll have to make a very big test batch, to make absolutely sure you've got the hang of the process.
