Peely Gone

I've just heard that John Peel has died. He was 65. Knowing him primarily from his radio show Home Truths rather than his Radio One DJing, I feel very sad to know he's gone. His quiet and passionate personality came through very clearly every time I heard him on the radio and the airwaves will be duller without him.
