Well, what an anti-climax. Yesterday the traffic was too heavy for Sam to take her test; it was cancelled at the last moment. She was told she's get another in about 6 weeks. Imagine that, heavy traffic in Togher/Bishopstown on early Friday evening in Cork. Muppets!
Alright, I realise that the recent flooding in Cork could mean that traffic was heavier, but the idea that this came as a surprise to the testers and there's no way of contacting the candidates beforehand is a bit hard to swallow. The six weeks' wait is just icing on the turd-cake.
