Last christmas Sam got me a bread machine. We've made good use of it since then, and I've found it remarkably easy to use. It's also very reliable, giving good results and tasty bread pretty much every time. Recently I've started experimenting with a variety of recipes. This weekend it was cinnamon rolls.
The bread machine worked its magic easily with the dough, and all I really had to do was melt butter, smear the rolled out dough with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, leave it to rise a second time, and pop it all in the oven. The result: lovely, slight yeasty, very cinnamon-flavoured, buns. Success!
I love my bread machine. Next, golden spelt loaf, I think.
