John M Ford has died

Teresa Nielsen Hayden has a tribute at Making Light. I never met the man but read a couple of his novels, loved his clever posts on a variety of web forums and blogs, greatly enjoyed his contribution to the Paranoia RPG, "The Yellow Clearance Black Box Blues", and only today realised the beauty in his poetry.

Damn.
